1. If an items is out of stock can you order anymore?
If you see an item that is out of stock please send us an email or FB private message. Please include the name of the item, size and color option and we will check to see if we can reorder and let you know ASAP.
2. FOR OUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS
- HOLDS: 👐🏻 We will hold items requested via private messages. We do require that you provide an email so that we may invoice you through Shopify. Any items not paid within 24 hours will be placed back on the shelf.
- SHIPPING: 📬 Turnaround time for items to ship is 2 business days. We are open on Saturdays so they will count as a business day! We will neatly package your items, label and ship. Once your package has been shipped we will upload your tracking info. We primarily ship via USPS but offer shipping through USP and FedEx as well.
- LOCAL PICKUP & DROP OFFS: 🛍 We are more than happy to meet you or do a drop off if you are local. All held items also can be picked up at the store located at 117 W. Danville St. South Hill, VA. Just let us know your preferred method via private message.
- REFUNDS: 💳 We will gladly accept returns within ten days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit. You must have your receipt or you will be credited current item price. Online purchases will need to contact us within ten days of receipt of your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org or 434-774-9043 to receive a refund. We will email you a return shipping label and refund you the amount in the form of a gift card/store credit.
